Our Project Managers and Estimators are key members of the Design Team, advising on cost issues from first discussions through completion of the estimate. We also review bids received and reconcile our estimates with the Construction Manager to ensure the accuracy of our work.

Commercial Takeoff
We provide commercial building cost estimates such as conceptual cost estimates, bid estimates, project cost management, material takeoffs, material field audits, software consulting, and expert witness representation.

Residential Takeoff
We provide residential building cost estimates such as conceptual cost estimates, bid estimates, project cost management, material takeoffs, material field audits, software consulting, and expert witness representation.

Finishes
This Trade includes: Wall Paints, Stucco (fine plaster usually applied on exterior walls). Wall Covering (for example wall papers) as well as complete building paint with interior and exterior.

HVAC Sample
Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing services (MEP) is a significant component of the construction supply chain. MEP design is critical for design decision-making, accurate documentation, performance and cost-estimating, construction planning, managing and operating the resulting facility.

Remodeling
Remodeling is the process of changing the functionality and the design of an area. It may involve tearing out a wall to expand a bathroom and reconfiguring a kitchen layout so the cabinets, fridge, sink, and range are in different locations. Constructing an addition to your home would also be considered a remodel.
